1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
The personal information we collect may include: names, contact details, payment data (handled by Stripe), and The Client's End Customer contact information (uploaded via direct upload or an integration, including call recordings and CRM notes).
Sensitive Information
We may process the following categories of sensitive information only when it is included in the End Customer Data provided by the Client for sales coaching and analytics, in compliance with the APPs: Customer list / CRM data and Health Information or Political Opinions (if incidentally contained within call recordings or notes).
Payment Data
All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe.
Information automatically collected
This includes: Log and Usage Data, Device Data, and Location Data.
Information collected from other sources
We may obtain limited data from public databases, joint marketing partners, and social media for marketing and event promotion.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, including:
To facilitate account creation and authentication.
To respond to user inquiries/offer support.
To send administrative and marketing communications (in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)).
To enable user-to-user communications (if applicable).
To protect our Services (fraud monitoring and prevention).
To evaluate and improve our Services, products, and marketing.

To analyse End Customer Data and provide coaching and analytics to the Client.

We rely on the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including: Primary Purpose, Consent (relying on the Client to have obtained the necessary consent for End Customer Data), Legitimate Interests, and Legal Obligation.

We may share your data with: Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers (e.g., Cloud Computing Services, AI Service Providers like OpenAI, Payment Processors), in connection with Business Transfers, and with Business Partners.

We use cookies for security, functionality, analytics (Google Analytics), and targeted advertising.

Our AI Products (AI automation, Call transcript analysis, and Sales content generation) are provided through third-party service providers, including OpenAI. You can opt out of these features in your account settings.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as Australian tax or accounting law).

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process in line with the APPs.

Audio, electronic, sensory, or similar information, I. Professional or employment-related information, K. Inferences drawn from collected personal information, and L. High-Value Personal Information.
Overseas Disclosure (APP 8):
We may disclose personal information to recipients located outside of Australia (e.g., cloud hosting providers and AI Service Providers) and take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Mobile Opt-In Data Collection (Spam Act Compliance):
Mobile opt-in data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of sending relevant messages on behalf of the Client. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share any mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. This is processed in strict compliance with the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
